Tuggerah Auto Group is looking to grow its team of sales professionals and are on the hunt for someone to complement our existing sales team as we strive for the ultimate success in our Tuggerah Dealership, This is an exciting role on offer with plenty of volume opportunity Benefits Competitive remuneration package – Base Salary + Commission Comprehensive Training & Development 10-day fortnight rostered week & NO Sundays. Required Skills and Qualifications Desire to build a customer base Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Hyundai and Mitsubishi experience desirable A solution focused mindset Enthusiastic and Motivated Excellent communication skills (written and verbally) Ability to read people and their needs Ability to be analytical, think laterally and problem solve Can communicate at all levels within the organisation and with third parties Ability to create a positive team environment, with a culture of openness, innovation, and learning. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed monthly KPI’s & sales objectives Generate sales by cultivating existing sales and service database Great introductions to Finance and Aftermarket Teams Deliver the highest level of customer service throughout the sales and delivery process. While previous automotive or other sales experience is preferred, we are looking for the right person to join our team.
