We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Service Officer to join the Aussie Solar Batteries team. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support throughout their solar and battery installation journey. You will be the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries, provide clear communication, assist with scheduling and follow‑ups, and support our finance team by following up on invoice payments. All valid work visas are accepted for this position. About the Role We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Service Officer to join the Aussie Solar Batteries team. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support throughout their solar and battery installation journey. Key Responsibilities Customer Communication & Support Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally Provide accurate information regarding battery installations, timelines, rebate programs, and general service enquiries Log customer interactions and updates in our CRM (HighLevel) Essential CRM experience required for managing customer database systems Coordinate with installation coordinators, warehouse, and admin teams to resolve customer enquiries Escalate technical or complex issues to the relevant department when required Invoice & Payment Follow‑up Send invoices and payment reminders to customers in a timely manner Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments Maintain accurate payment records and report overdue accounts to the finance/admin team Assist in ensuring all payments are finalised prior to installation and commissioning Service Coordination Support customers in booking appointments or rescheduling installations Update customer files, notes, and communication logs Assist in preparing simple documentation (confirmation emails, booking notices, etc.) Ensure all customer communication is clear, timely, and consistent Skills & Experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent phone manner and ability to handle high call volumes Experience in customer service, call centre, admin, or similar role Minimum 6 months customer service experience required Ability to follow processes, record information accurately, and multitask Basic understanding of solar/battery installations is preferred (training provided) Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HighLevel) is an advantage Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure Personal Attributes Customer‑focused with a positive and professional attitude Problem‑solver with strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Able to remain calm and supportive when dealing with challenging customer enquiries Why Join Aussie Solar Batteries Fast‑growing national leader in solar & battery installation Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and training Contribute to Australia's renewable energy transition #J-18808-Ljbffr
