Job Description Position Objectives To lead the development of new organisational policies and undertake large-scale policy and procedure review projects where significant updates or full redevelopment is required (this includes ensuring alignment with compliance frameworks, legislative obligations, and operational needs). The role works in close collaboration with the Governance and Compliance Team to manage major policy initiatives, facilitate implementation planning, and support organisational readiness and adherence. Experience in policy development, implementation, and evaluation in the social services sector or other similar complex service and compliance environments. Demonstrated success in leading policy projects, producing written policies, and implementing change. A current drivers licence, a willingness to travel and preparedness to be accommodated overnight when required.
