Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in marketing and event coordination? We're seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to maximise the digital opportunities at our award-winning dealership. This is a full-time position perfect for industry professionals seeking their next challenge. Key Tasks Include: Online inventory management , Staging, photographing, and writing exciting and engaging descriptions of new and used stock that catch the eye of prospective buyers Review online listings to optimise impact with a focus on generating strong sales leads Online lead management Filter and respond to online leads, including from social media channels, Caravan and Camping Sales and webchat and direct to appropriate departments ensuring a timely and professional experience for our customers. Marketing Coordinate with our corporate marketing team to create targeted advertising campaigns including TV, radio, digital, social media, outdoor, and print media Maintain websites including content updates, SEO, and other ad-hoc projects Curate, implement, and maintain a social media calendar utilising organic tactics Assist in the development and maintenance of point-of-sale materials on a campaign basis Copywriting and content creation for web, social media, EDMs, advertising, press releases, and other documents as required Prepare effective briefs for support office designers and media production team Develop strong internal relationships with various business units in the organization and other industry contacts Event Coordination Assist with promotion and organisation of internal and external trade shows and events. About You Enjoy working in a fun, collaborative, and supportive team environment Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word & PowerPoint Strong background in administration Ability to communicate and collaborate confidently with internal and external stakeholders Pride in your work with strong attention to detail Practical experience in executing marketing strategies in a similar role, preferably in the leisure or automotive industries A tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar will be highly regarded Valid driver's license Excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail Comfortable with being held accountable for the output and quality of the work you deliver About the Company George Day RV Super Centre is a renowned name in the RV industry, specializing in the sale of motorhomes, campervans, and caravans.
