To fuel our continued expansion, Sword Fighter Marine Services is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our commercial strategy, client engagement, and brand presence. We specialise in custom luxury plate aluminum boats tailored to WA's marine sector. Sword Fighter Marine is an agent/stockist for Polastorm propellers. Also, at the showroom we stock inflatable tenders and a range of game fishing gear and hardware. About the Opportunity As Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of our brand — driving revenue, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You’ll work closely with our technical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our client base and revenue Manage key accounts and foster long-term customer relationships Promote OEM products and Sword Fighter Marine vessels with confidence and expertise Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with service delivery Represent Sword Fighter Marine Services at industry events and client meetings Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline tracking Oversee retail sales performance and customer engagement Contribute to marketing campaigns and brand development Manage social media channels to enhance visibility and engagement What we offer you: Training and career development opportunities Highly competitive pay rates and commission structure Supportive team culture and leadership Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development Experience in retail sales and customer service Exposure to marketing strategy and campaign execution Familiarity with social media platforms and content management Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders Knowledge of marine industry products and services (preferred) Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable As part of the recruitment process, you may be required to complete pre-employment screening including but not limited to a Medical and Working Rights Check.
