You’ll be at the helm of our brand‑building efforts, responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive global strategy that elevates our brand identity, attracts new customers, and fosters brand loyalty. Responsibilities Lead a cross‑functional team of 35+ brand, design, and social media professionals including the internal agency Hero Collective Make our brand famous and loved globally by focusing on our mission to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone on earth Enhance our understanding of target audiences, build a plan, and execute with precision using our world‑class internal team and external partners Continuously assess and report on brand effectiveness and ROI of brand activity Collaborate with Product, Sales, Commercial Operations, and CX teams to align brand strategy with business objectives Who You Are 10+ years total marketing experience, including 7+ years leading a high‑performance brand team in a fast‑paced environment Customer‑obsessed, detail‑oriented, and driven for excellence Hands‑on experience leading brand strategy and execution Proven track record of creating distinctive brands that cut through the market Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEM, SEO, Display, Social Media, Affiliate, Email) and traditional media (audio, video, out of home) Proficiency with marketing analytics and automation technology (Google 360 Suite, Braze, Salesforce, Marketo) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Motivated self‑starter able to thrive in a fast‑paced remote‑first environment Values We Look For Structured – highly organised and continually refine processes Driven – self‑starter who initiatives own workload and challenge others Visionary – leads ideas and rallies people for a long‑term big picture Articulate – manages diverse stakeholders and sees both sides of an argument Trusting – lets others focus on their expertise and steps in only when needed Curious – solves problems quickly, questions status‑quo, and leaves ego at the door What We Can Offer Remote work – flexibility to own time and impact Cutting‑edge tools to amplify work, knowledge, and outputs Ambitious, outcome‑driven colleagues who challenge you to do your best work of your life ESOP – employee share options in a world’s fastest‑growing tech company Generous parental leave, subsidised egg‑freezing, WFH office expense budget, and outstanding learning & development opportunities At Employment Hero, we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of your application data.
