Backed by strong global foundations and significant investment into brand and people, the business is reshaping its presence in Australia with a renewed focus on brand storytelling, digital engagement, and building genuine connection with the next generation of athletes and consumers. You’ll be joining a brand that values creativity, purpose, and performance, and one that’s set to play a bigger role on the global sporting stage. The Role Lead the brand strategy for one of the world’s most respected sportswear names as it accelerates its next growth chapter in Australia. This is a pivotal opportunity for a commercially minded brand leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and sport while shaping brand direction, driving consumer engagement, and building the team and infrastructure to support long‑term success. Working closely with global counterparts, you’ll set the brand vision for the region, driving campaign development, partnerships, retail marketing, and digital strategy. You’ll be responsible for elevating brand awareness, deepening loyalty, and strengthening the connection between the brand, the athlete, and the everyday consumer. Background & Experience We are looking for a commercially minded, creative brand leader with deep experience in consumer, retail, or lifestyle sectors — ideally from sports, active lifestyle, or apparel. A background in sport is strongly preferred; however, candidates who can demonstrate exceptional category knowledge and genuine passion for the sports industry will also be considered. This is a transformative leadership opportunity for someone who wants to build something meaningful within a globally respected brand. Ideal Background Senior‑level experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Head of Brand roles, with full ownership of strategy and execution. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional marketing functions including brand strategy, partnerships, digital, content, and CRM. Strong commercial acumen – confident managing budgets, pricing strategy, and brand‑led growth initiatives. Demonstrated success in customer acquisition and brand awareness strategies, particularly across digital and emerging channels. Experience working within global or matrixed structures, collaborating with international teams. Hands‑on experience in CRM, loyalty, or customer segmentation would be highly regarded. A natural leader who builds strong teams and culture; inspires, mentors, and drives accountability. Strategic and visionary, yet hands‑on and comfortable operating in a growing business.
