The position can be based in Australia or the United Kingdom. What You’ll Do In this pivotal role, you’ll be an architect of PSC’s next growth chapter, shaping how we engage the market. You will drive the commercial narrative that positions PSC at the forefront of innovation, and position us for long‑term success in a rapidly changing global energy landscape. You’ll lead a talented global team, develop a unified marketing strategy, and drive measurable business impact across North America, UK & Europe, and Asia‑Pacific. Strategy & Leadership: Establish the centralised marketing engine, delivering a unified global strategy and governance model that drives consistent ROI across all regions. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a global marketing team, fostering accountability and collaboration. Brand & Market Presence: Drive PSC’s brand evolution and digital marketing strategy, defining our global narrative and thought leadership. Cross-Functional Partnership: Embed marketing with Sales, Service Delivery, and People teams ensuring marketing is fully integrated into the client journey and supporting internal strategic priorities. Demand Generation: Lead a data‑informed marketing program that leverages a multi‑channel, inbound approach to convert awareness into qualified opportunities, while overseeing campaign execution. Digital & Data: Steward PSC’s marketing technology ecosystem, championing innovation and robust metric tracking. Vendor Management: Oversee global marketing spend and vendor relationships, ensuring high‑quality outcomes. Executive Advice: Provide advice and guidance to executive decision makers across the organisation, ensuring a pathway to execution for our market‑facing strategies. What You’ll Bring Senior marketing leadership experience at a global or multi‑region level, ideally in consulting, professional services, or engineering/advisory environments. Hands‑on experience implementing a unified global MarTech stack (e.g., Website/CRM integration) and establishing standardised global campaign performance metrics (KPIs). Strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of electricity/power markets, and hands‑on expertise with CRM, analytics, and digital campaign tools. Expert‑level command of
