What you'll do Design and deliver high-quality digital and print assets across all brand channels Execute briefs from the Senior Creative Manager and broader marketing team with strong attention to detail Support the Senior Creative Manager with conceptual development, helping to bring creative ideas to life across campaigns and product launches Develop creative for digital platforms, including web assets, eDMs, social media, paid media, motion graphics and UI/UX design Produce offline artwork, including brochures, packaging, instruction manuals, expo collateral and POS materials Retouch, edit and reformat images and files to ensure premium-quality outputs Maintain an organised library of creative assets, ensuring files are structured and easily accessible Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all creative touchpoints Collaborate with internal teams to create assets that support campaigns and product launches About you 3–5 years' experience in a digital or graphic design role Experience can be from any industry background as specific industry expertise is not required Strong technical design skills and ability to work independently Proven experience interpreting and executing briefs with brand consistency Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), plus Figma for UI/UX design and wireframing Some UI design experience required with basic proficiency in user interface design principles Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing Strong portfolio of work across digital and print design Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple projects Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to create custom illustrations and iconography (advantageous, but not essential) Why Redsbaby?
