The role will ensure a strong, consistent, and vital Underwriting organisation focused on disciplined underwriting execution.This key underwriting leadership role is focused on the Australian & New Zealand market across all segments - SME, Middle Market and Corporate. In this diverse and large portfolio, we are looking to drive growth and this role will lead the respective teams in achieving the strategic goals set. There are 4 direct reports representing each of the respective lines of business.Important to your success - let's grow togetherYou have strong stakeholder management, influencing, change management, analytical and communication capabilities, that combine with your outstanding leadership, and strategic execution experience. You have an ability to deliver change outcomes, including process improvements, and are adaptable and collaborative to drive strong business outcomes, and like to work in a transformational environment.You have outstanding underwriting experience in the Long Tail insurance industry, with an excellent knowledge in some or all the respective lines under your responsibility.Belong.
