Play a key role in enhancing the client and adviser journey at every stage. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Delivery: Assist in planning and delivering a diverse calendar of national events, supporting logistics, timelines, budgets, and supplier relationships. Please note: some domestic travel within Australia will be required to support events. Client Experience: Help create memorable client experiences by coordinating guest lists, seating plans, dietary needs, and providing professional on‑site support. Marketing & Communication: Contribute to event collateral, digital content, and post‑event communications to strengthen engagement and brand presence. Compliance & Reporting: Support the preparation of post‑event reports, including attendance, feedback, and budget reconciliation. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across marketing and other teams to support wider initiatives and build strong stakeholder relationships. About You Proven experience in marketing or events (this could be through internships, placements, or junior roles). Flexibility to travel domestically within Australia to support events. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage. A self‑starter who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. A qualification in event management, marketing, or communications is desirable but not essential.
