Due to growth, a unique opportunity awaits a driven and proven commercial leader to step into a Senior Manager, Enterprise Accounts role focused on driving strategic partnerships across private healthcare networks and buying groups in NSW, ACT, QLD, and New Zealand. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Accounts, you will be responsible for: Championing enterprise-wide growth initiatives across whole company portfolios. Driving a large proportion of the company's revenue through enterprise private hospital accounts and buying groups. Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with that of global and local. Build and maintain relationships with C‑Suite executives (CEOs, CFOs, Procurement Leads) to drive enterprise partnerships. Lead, manage and coach a seasoned team of Strategic Account Managers. Oversee all aspects of commercial contract negotiations, offer modelling, and deal execution. Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and supply chain to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Lead annual sales planning and performance reviews. Represent the business in strategic enterprise account reviews at regional and national levels. To Be Successful, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree qualifications in Science, Business or related fields Proven commercial leadership experience in MedTech or related industries. Strong financial and strategic acumen. Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills. Strong knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint. Willingness to travel as required for this role.
