The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced, results‑oriented Enterprise Account Manager to join our dynamic Australian team. In this client‑facing role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our most valuable enterprise clients. You'll have a direct impact on Eftsure’s growth as you help major organisations secure their payments, prevent fraud, and optimise their payment processes. Key Responsibilities Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving retention, satisfaction, and advocacy by delivering value throughout the customer lifecycle. Develop strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities within accounts and executing upsell and cross‑sell initiatives. Act as a strategic advisor, understanding organisational payment workflows, fraud risks, and compliance needs to propose best‑fit Eftsure solutions. Foster long‑term, trusted partnerships with decision‑makers and senior stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and expansion of Eftsure’s SaaS platform. Analyse account health metrics and contract performance using CRM tools, proactively mitigating risks to renewal and growth. What Makes You Stand Out? Demonstrated track record (3+ years) in enterprise account management, customer success, or consultative B2B SaaS sales, preferably within FinTech, Payments, or Cybersecurity. Proven experience managing large, complex organisations—navigating multiple stakeholders and driving account expansion. Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and active listening skills. Strong commercial and technical acumen, with the ability to understand client business processes and identify pain points. Data‑driven mindset—confident using insights to inform strategy and improve outcomes. Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, flourishing in fast‑paced, high‑growth SaaS environments.
