As General Manager, Marketing, this position leads our full marketing function and a team of 15 plus. With a broad remit covering local and international strategy development, brand and product marketing, channel execution and international collaboration this is position is suited to a seasoned marketing professional who can bring a highly commercial approach. The main requirements are: Minimum 15 years consumer goods marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a global, multi-market organisation. Demonstrated P&L responsibility, budget ownership and senior stakeholder management. Track record of successful product launches, brand elevation and channel marketing across international markets. Strong experience in channel marketing (retail, wholesale, distributor, e-commerce) and multi-market rollout. Proven track record in brand and sales growth. Experience working with subsidiaries and cross-border teams. Leading and developing multi-discipline marketing teams (brand, product marketing, creative).
