What you’ll do Load and process supplier invoices in SAP, including resolving interface errors and manually entering invoices when necessary. Coordinate customs clearance by preparing documentation and liaising with customs agents to ensure timely shipment processing. Monitor and update shipment ETAs in SAP, follow up on overdue deliveries, and communicate with freight forwarders and 3PLs. Maintain and distribute the Sea Freight Binning List to ensure accurate tracking of inbound shipments. Organise sea freight container deliveries to warehouses and manage discrepancies by submitting claims to vendors. Ensure compliance with product and environmental standards by adhering to PCMS and ECMS requirements and participating in audit reviews. About you To be successful in this role you will be: Demonstrates strong operational knowledge of shipping processes, inventory management, and systems such as SAP, IDS, and supplier platforms. Maintains a customer‑focused attitude with high attention to detail, accuracy, and proactive follow‑up on shipment and supply issues. Communicates and negotiates effectively with stakeholders, including technical support, to resolve complex supply challenges. Brings relevant experience in spare parts logistics, ideally with knowledge of VW, Skoda, and Audi parts, and familiarity with the ETKA parts catalogue system.
