Premium Floors is on the lookout for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join us in our brand-new office in Keysborough, working Monday to Friday About the Role As a key member of our team, reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for: Responding to incoming phone and email queries with a friendly and professional approach. Entering and processing customer orders into our order entry system (SAP). Collaborating with our sales team and warehouses across Australia to ensure timely order fulfillment. Building and maintaining exceptional customer relationships to deliver a premium service experience. About You We're seeking a candidate with: Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail. A friendly and polite manner. Previous experience in a call centre environment using SAP or similar systems would be advantageous. Why Work with Us?
