Join us as a Facilities Manager in theInfrastructure business unit reporting to the Senior FacilitiesManager. As Facilities Manager, you will oversee the operational deliveryof maintenance and compliance across a diverse property portfolio,including offices, industrial, hospitality, and infrastructuresites. You’ll manage service contracts, planned preventativemaintenance, and contractor performance, ensuring safety, quality,and cost-effectiveness. The role involves budget oversight,lifecycle planning, capital works coordination, and stakeholderengagement to minimise disruption and optimise asset performance.You’ll also support procurement, reporting, emergencyplanning, and provide technical advice to the Senior FacilitiesManager. Collaborative, agile, and great with people;here’s who we’re looking for: You’re an experienced Facilities Manager with astrong grasp of building systems, maintenance practices, andoperational delivery. You’re tech-savvy or keen to learn facilitymanagement software, enterprise asset management systems(EAMS), and data tools. You understand health, safety, and environmentalregulations and how they apply in a corporate setting. You’re customer-focused and thrive on building strongrelationships with stakeholders, vendors, and clients. You’re organised, detail-oriented, and comfortablejuggling priorities.
