Who We're Looking For Are you an aspiring Team Leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Need Experience in supervising and managing staff and young people from diverse backgrounds. Certificate 4 in Youth, Sport and Recreation, Community Development, or Equivalent work experience. The ability to implement Youth Services in a Mt Liebig according to funding requirements, MRC Regional Plan and Youth Services Standards, including the design, delivery and evaluation of programs, all in line with policy and procedure. Support the development of Youth Services staff through regular supervision, line management, training and mentoring. Contribute towards building the capacity of local Indigenous staff to create pathways for individual progression. Have a current driver’s licence and the ability to obtain and sustain an NT Ochre Card and Criminal History Check.
