Relationship Manager – Distribution Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Key Responsibilities Support ORDE’s Business Development Managers (BDMs) in servicing their origination activities in New South Wales. Contribute to an engagement strategy focused on exceptional service and benefits for broker partners. Utilise strong credit acumen to ensure high‑quality applications and support deals through to credit approval. E‑valuate relatively complex scenarios and proposals, shaping robust solutions. Collaborate with an experienced, “can‑do” Credit team to align and streamline application processing. Share responsibility for pipeline management and maintain broker relationships. Build broker relationships through office work, broker visits, onsite visits, and industry events. Assist in shaping optimal service outcomes by identifying system, process, and product improvements. Build industry footprint by co‑hosting national webinars for newly accredited brokers, supporting broker education. Maintain high‑quality information within ORDE’s CRM sales pipeline. Key Qualifications Minimum two years of credit experience and product knowledge. Strong commitment to working closely with all teams and stakeholders. Energetic, adept at building relationships and trust internally and externally. Excellent communication skills. Resilient and comfortable prioritising multiple important tasks. Hands‑on approach with a focus on delivering strong results. Commitment to delivering the best relationship outcomes.
