About the Role A busy Flooring Distribution company is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our dedicated team at our Ormeau head office. In this full-time role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations, supporting our sales, logistics, and administration teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers across Australia. This is a pivotal position within our business — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in building efficient systems that keep everything running seamlessly. What You’ll Be Doing Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the head office. Manage logistics administration including transport coordination and stock movement documentation. Handle data entry and order processing in line with company procedures. Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, customers, and suppliers. Maintain and improve office systems, processes, and documentation. Provide administrative support to management and assist with reporting and project coordination. Contribute to a positive team culture and help streamline workflows for greater efficiency. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Office Manager or Senior Administration role. Strong organisational and time management skills — able to juggle multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
