Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and practical individual with an interest in electrical and instrumentation work, a strong safety focus and a willingness to undertake a structured two-year traineeship. This role supports a 2-year Instrumentation Traineeship alongside standard electrical duties. While completing a Certificate III in Instrumentation and Control , you will continue to undertake electrical work and gain practical experience with instrumentation and control systems across Council assets, building specialist skills and long-term career capability. Remuneration from $1,526.90 entry weekly rate ($79,398.8p.a.), with $1,786.10 Skill Step 4 ($92,877p.a.) plus statutory superannuation. Workday Responsibilities Supporting day-to-day electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities across Council assets. Assisting with monitoring, calibration, fault‑finding and basic troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems. Working collaboratively with team members and contractors to support safe, reliable operations. Building effective working relationships with internal teams and external service providers.
