Purpose of Role The Reception & Client Experience Coordinator ensures an exceptional first impression for clients and visitors by delivering a professional, welcoming environment and seamless communication. This role supports the business by managing reception operations, coordinating client interactions, handling enquiries, and overseeing mail, courier, and inventory processes. Through proactive organisation and attention to detail, the position enhances client satisfaction and operational efficiency across the showroom and office. Shifts available Sunday to Wednesday. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional client experience by welcoming visitors to the showroom and acting as the first point of contact. Manage reception and communication channels , including answering calls, directing enquiries, and coordinating client refreshments. Coordinate logistics and administration , such as mail distribution, courier bookings, and inventory updates. Maintain a professional and organised showroom environment , ensuring collections, samples, and supplies are up to date. Provide sales and administrative support to the team, including processing accessory sales, reconciling expenses, and assisting with reporting. Liaise with external service providers for building maintenance and other operational requirements. About You Strong communication skills and a professional, welcoming approach. Highly organised with great attention to detail. Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solver who works independently.
