Do you want to take on the Danish pharmacy and healthcare market for a growing Nordic consumer health company? In this role as Field Sales & Key Account Manager at Nordic Consumer Health, you have a hands on strong field presence and responsibility of visiting pharmacys and health care professionals - combined with strategic key account responsibility (20%), – turning insights from the counter into real commercial impact. This role is preferably based in the Greater Copenhagen Area, but will cover full Denmark. Key Main Responsibilities Visit and develop pharmacies and healthcare customers across Denmark in line with the agreed customer and activity plan. Secure strong distribution, visibility and execution of campaigns in community pharmacies, online pharmacy and the healthcare channel. Build and develop long-term relationships with pharmacy staff, healthcare professionals and central decision-makers. Monitor sales figures and KPIs, identify opportunities and propose concrete commercial actions. Collect and share customer and market insights internally. Take responsibility for selected key accounts, including agreements, annual plans, activities and follow-up (20%). Participate in relevant congresses, professional meetings and events; some Nordic travel can occur. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience from field sales in Denmark, preferably towards pharmacies and/or the healthcare sector with strong selling and presentation skills. Experience with chain / key account responsibility is an advantage. Strong commercial understanding and experience working in a structured way with sales plans and follow-up. Strong relationship builder with the ability to create trust with both local and central decision-makers. Fluent in danish, spoken and written (mandatory). Understanding of swedish, spoken and written, is a clear advantage. Very good skills in the microsoft office (especially excel, powerpoint and outlook & CRM).
