Product Owner, Customer Profiles ECOM – NAB Excellent opportunity for a Product Owner who will play a pivotal role in driving and executing experiences for customers relating to their Customer Profile with NAB. As a Product Owner , you will be joining the ECOM team in the Group Chief Operating Officer office, doubling down on customer obsession. Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders and SMEs to build and deliver customer profile management and maintenance capabilities for individuals as an enterprise business service. Create and develop feature roadmaps articulating the incremental release of value that can be rolled up to the broader strategic roadmap. Elicit and break down needs/ideas into epics, features and/or user stories, partnering with business analysts to elaborate and document clear and detailed requirements and acceptance criteria that trace back to the business need(s) and align to the strategic roadmap, and define clear measures of success. Partner closely with NAB Technology teams, business teams and technology vendors to shape appropriate solutions to meet requirements, while considering options for rapid and incremental releases of business value. Fully immerse and embed with NAB Technology/delivery squads to ensure squad delivery velocity is maximised and features are appropriately and regularly sequenced and prioritised. Represent the voice of the Customer Profiles (Individuals) team and impacted NAB customers to all partners/stakeholders external to the team, actively communicating the vision, objectives, commitments, alignment to initiatives and the value being created. Qualifications Extensive experience as product owner, preferably in a large bank/finance‑based business. In‑depth understanding of financial/digital/data products, processes and systems. Strong creativity and ability to simplify complex processes and issues, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision making. Experience working in an Agile delivery environment and familiarity with HCD techniques. Ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals for individual sprints. Comfortable playing a leadership role, including facilitating workshops with cross‑functional business and IT teams through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of change.
