Operations Manager – Basketball (12-Month Contract) Noosa District Basketball Association – Noosaville QLD Recruitment by Good Governance Consultants Noosa District Basketball Association is seeking a motivated and organised Operations Manager to oversee all basketball operations, competitions, development programs and administration. This 12-month contract role (with potential extension) reports to the President and Executive Committee and plays a key role in growing participation and ensuring a high-quality member experience. A competitive remuneration package will be offered, aligned with current industry practice and commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience. About the Role You will manage: Domestic and representative competitions Registrations, fixtures, grading and tribunal processes School programs, holiday camps and development clinics Volunteer, coach and referee coordination Venue bookings, council liaison and lease compliance Budgets, reporting, invoicing and sponsorship support Communications, member engagement and event delivery Evening and weekend work is required.
