Benefits Be part of a people-first culture that invests heavily in maintaining a dynamic, engaging and upbeat workplace an attractive salary package and access to unique workplace benefits Genuine career growth and professional development opportunities The chance to work in a business that celebrates individuality, creativity, and collaboration Desired Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience in Account Management within a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Experience supporting the implementation of projects and strategies within a team or customer environment Strong time management and organisational skills Capability to analyse field data and create purposeful, insights-driven reports that influence business decisions Proficient in creating Presentations/One Pagers (Powerpoint/Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence in regular presentations to a larger audience Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and performance across key accounts Key Responsibilities Partner with the Client Team to translate sales plans into clear execution plans that drive in-store excellence Lead the planning and project management of merchandising and sales team priorities Measure, monitor, and communicate performance progress and results effectively Interpret and analyse data , presenting insights and recommendations to internal and client stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute joint business plans with key accounts Conduct market analysis , identifying trends, competitive opportunities, and customer insights to support innovation and growth Design job briefs for field teams to deliver best-in-class execution Deliver clear, data‑led post‑activation reports with actionable insights for clients Drive field team performance to create growth opportunities for clients Experience and Capabilities Experience managing budgets and resources effectively Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple functions – heavily client facing Ability to take initiative and lead both customer and personal growth projects Competence in report generation (Excel skills essential) Experience compiling end‑to‑end proposals in Keynote or PowerPoint Proven ability to develop and execute field marketing strategies Provide proactive solutions and recommendations on Go To Market Plans At BIG , our people are the heart of everything we do.
