East Coast Cranes is a highly respected crane hire and lifting company servicing South-East Queensland — and we're growing We're looking for an organised, proactive Fleet Allocator to join our dynamic team. About the Role As a Fleet Allocator, you'll be one of the central coordinators for daily crane and equipment scheduling. You'll work closely with clients, operators, and management to keep jobs running efficiently, safely, and on time. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily allocation of cranes, trucks & operators Manage job bookings, changes, and priorities Liaise with clients on requirements, timelines & site details Communicate with operators to ensure smooth workflow Maintain accurate records in scheduling software Training will be provided on scheduling software systems Support safety and compliance procedures Experience in fleet allocation, transport coordination, or construction Strong communication & problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Good computer and organisational skills Crane hire or construction knowledge (advantageous) Australian work rights are essential for this position What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Supportive, team-focused environment Opportunities for long-term development How to Apply Ready to join a fast-moving and supportive team? #J-18808-Ljbffr
