If you’re studying marketing, media, or communications — and you’re eager to get hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving company — this role is for you. About the Role We’re looking for a part‑time Marketing/Video Assistant to join our team at Alliance Climate Control . You’ll help capture the heartbeat of our business — from filming “day in the life” videos with our technicians to creating behind‑the‑scenes content that showcases our culture and people. Your focus will be on planning, filming, and editing engaging short‑form video content for our social media platforms, while also contributing fresh, creative ideas to our marketing campaigns. This is a casual, part‑time role with a minimum of 20 hours per week , mostly during business hours (Monday–Friday) , with occasional Saturday work when filming or campaign projects require it. Key Responsibilities Video Production: Capture and edit short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that highlight our team and projects. Creative Direction: Brainstorm, storyboard, and pitch new content ideas that align with trends and our brand voice. Content Planning: Work with our marketing team to plan and schedule consistent, engaging posts. Design Support: Use Canva or similar tools to design supporting graphics and visuals. Skills & Experience Experience filming and editing engaging video content (please include examples if available). Strong understanding of social media trends and storytelling. Confident using Canva and editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar. Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset.
