This helps us to delight the 600 million people who enjoy our drinks every day.ABOUT YOUR ROLESitting within our Away from home, the Senior Analyst – Commercial Partnerships is responsible for reviewing customer contracts for Local trade customer across multiple beverage portfolios to drive optimised EBIT outcomes and risk mitigation across full breadth of P&L, in partnership with our Field Sales team. The role also ensures overall contract management is applied in a uniform way and in accordance with CCEP’s guidelines, policy and strategy.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGCommercial review and analysis of Local Trade customer agreement submissions in conjunction with Sales to maximise commercial outcomes whilst identifying financial risksRecognising and solving contractual hurdles through analysis and modellingSummarising key drivers and performance outcomes to make recommendations to the business based on risks to agreement obligationsContinuous improvement of processes and tools that enhance and drive value through the agreements processManage the end-to-end BAU agreement compliance procedures to ensure business operations comply with Chart of Authority, SOX requirements and internal policies / procedures and demonstrate best practice principlesLET’S TALK ABOUT YOUStrong understanding of financial and commercial drivers that impact a customer agreement, as well as understanding of our business unit’s competitive environment across our multiple beverage portfoliosStrong financial acumen and analytical capability and good understanding of P&L drivers & managementProven experience in providing sound commercial advice, influencing commercial outcomes and challenging decisions appropriately using fact-based data, with ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts simply to build commercial awareness and understandingSound organisational and prioritisation skills2+ years’ experience in commercial or accounting roles, or experience working in Sales, and a passion for customer centricityTertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or Commerce (not essential if proven experience working in Sales)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Proven capability in building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders understanding the objectives of all parties and identifying the associated risk and opportunities.Ability to drive cross functional initiatives across the business to create value.Works in ways that are efficient and effective. Considers people, task and process in all that we do. Uses own time and the time of others wisely.
