What You’ll Do In this high‑profile sales, growth and expansion Account Executive role, you will focus on driving growth by building meaningful relationships across our client network and the broader SAP ecosystem. You will work closely with SAP account teams, industry partners, and internal solution leads to identify where we can bring value, support client priorities, and shape opportunities for collaboration. You will help guide clients through understanding our capabilities, co‑developing engagement approaches, and ensuring alignment between business needs and our delivery strengths. This role is perfect for those who love the thrill of the chase whilst putting client success at the heart of everything you do. We are seeking a self‑starter, a go‑getter, energetic and dynamic Account Executive. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Identify, manage, and qualify a list of target accounts to generate opportunities to pursue and close Qualify, progress, and accelerate opportunities from Marketing and partners Collaborate with SAP and partner ecosystem teams to identify, qualify, manage and close sales opportunities Engage with client stakeholders (including the C‑Level) to understand strategic priorities and challenges Support the shaping of proposals and engagement approaches aligned to client objectives and outcomes Coordinate internal teams to ensure cohesive positioning and delivery readiness; advocate for your clients inside Maintain Maintain CRM discipline and contribute to account and territory planning, forecasting and opportunity management, and data/general account management activities Requirements 5‑8+ years of experience in selling and account managing SAP services, business development, account management, presales, or consulting Strong understanding of SAP solutions (SAP Cloud ERP, BDC, BTP, HXM, DSC, Intelligent Spend, CX, etc.) and services offerings (e.g., S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, support, optimisation) Ability to build trust and engage stakeholders at multiple levels, including the C‑level Guide discussions that connect business priorities to SAP service capabilities Collaborative mindset and experience working with SAP partners or consulting teams Nice to Have Identify, develop, and present business cases for client presentations Exposure to presales, solution advisory, or value engineering Familiarity with SAP account team structures and partner co‑sell models Benefits Competitive compensation and commission structure, with uncapped bonuses for overachievers Flexible working arrangements including work from home, work from client, or work from office scenarios.
