We have an amazing opportunity for a Trainee Automotive Finance & Insurance Specialist to join our top performing team across our Rockhampton Dealerships – DC Motors, Rockhampton Auto Group and Rockhampton Mazda. What Does The Role Look Like for You? During the training program, you will learn directly from experienced Business Managers and complete the Autopact Business Manager Training Program .You will gain hands‑on experience in: Assisting customers to secure finance for their new vehicle. Supporting the sales team to close sales and meet targets. Managing leads and delivering exceptional customer service. Meeting KPIs for finance, insurance and warranty products.Ensuring compliance every step of the way. Who We’re Looking For You are driven, confident, and eager to learn. You have a passion for success and a commitment to delivering top-tier customer experiences. You will also bring: A background in sales, banking, finance or insurance. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Great time management and attention to process. A professional presentation and positive attitude.
