Business Development Manager - Automotive Drive Growth. Build Relationships. Accelerate Success. Our Toowoomba Automotive team are seeking a Business Development Manager to join the well-established team working with Toowoomba and Dalby Ford. As our Business Development Manager , you’ll play a key role in driving sales across multiple dealership sites. This role combines hands‑on selling with strategic relationship management — perfect for someone who wants variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact. Your week will see you travelling between sites, supporting sales teams, meeting with clients, and developing new business opportunities across our network. With a passion for automotive, you will be known for providing an exceptional customer experience & achieving KPIs with a primary focus on customer satisfaction. You are someone who is truly passionate and committed to your role, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to continuous growth.
