We’re now expanding our horticultural offering — and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Horticulture) to lead the charge in the Darling Downs region. What You’ll Do Developing and executing sales strategies to expand our horticultural customer base. Building strong relationships with growers, resellers, and distributors. Providing technical advice and product support to ensure customers get the best outcomes. Identifying new opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth. Collaborating closely with our Product Development and Technical teams to bring customer feedback to life. What You’ll Bring Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or related field. 10+ years’ experience in horticulture, irrigation, or agricultural sales. Proven record in business development or territory sales roles. Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage customer relationships end to end. Self-driven, with a hands‑on attitude and a passion for the industry. Based in Toowoomba, Gatton, or the Darling Downs region, with flexibility to travel.
