Description To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking a Bulk Business Development Manager to join our Mackay branch. We’re now inviting expressions of interest for this role While the position is set to commence in January 2026 after the festive season, we are looking to connect with interested candidates now. You will be working closely with the Field Sales Manager and Branch Manager, growing our business and market share in and around the Mackay region. Previous industry and gas experience is an advantage but not essential. Duties & Responsibilities Cold calling prospective customers. Proven ability to negotiate and 'close the deal'. Achieve new business sales targets. Networking relationships with appropriate industry professionals. Establish new business development strategies. Benefits Company vehicle supplied or car allowance provided. Generous base salary. Uncapped, monthly paid commissions. Continual ongoing support and training provided. Career opportunities. Work for an Essential Service for financial security Skills & Experience Experience in a similar sales role with gas industry experience would be advantageous. Candidates who have a passion for sales, including designing call cycles and exploring and exploiting new business opportunities. Excellent communication skills.
