Our Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to support the configuration of the TechnologyOne CiA Property & Rating suite. You will be responsible for setting up modules, developing robust Business Process Automation (BPA) workflows, building DocOne templates, and managing user access—all in line with approved design documents and Council standards. In this pivotal role, you will provide technical leadership, champion best practices, and foster the ongoing growth of the development team, ensuring all solutions align with Council’s organisational objectives and standards. The Key Focus Areas Of This Role Include Provide technical support and leadership to the development team in configuring and setting up TechnologyOne CiA core modules and related automation solutions, ensuring timely and compliant delivery. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert technical guidance to develop effective BPA workflows and DocOne templates that enhance business operations. Maintain comprehensive documentation and uphold compliance, security, and quality standards across all technical deliverables. About You We are looking for someone with a strong background in IT and hands-on experience configuring TechnologyOne CiA modules, BPA workflows, and DocOne templates. The ideal candidate will possess advanced SQL skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and a proven track record of translating business requirements into secure, scalable solutions. Your collaborative style, team leadership, and commitment to compliance and quality will ensure the successful delivery of projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
