Description This role is based in Broome WA Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and inductions Support employee relations and HR administration Assist with training coordination and compliance Help manage visa processes and documentation Contribute to team engagement and culture initiatives Profile Previous experience in an HR Coordinator or Assistant role Confident communicator with strong admin and organisational skills Eager to learn and grow into a more senior role Adaptable, proactive, and a team player Ready for a lifestyle change in a remote, resort environment Full Australian work rights Job Offer Competitive salary package depending on experience.
