Casual Duty Manager Location: Campbelltown, New South Wales Multiple casual positions available across all of our leisure centre sites and Billabong Parklands. Hourly rate from $42.37 to $45.86 + casual loading + 12% super. Weekend penalties (+25% Saturdays and +50% Sundays) + Public Holiday penalties (when applicable). About The Role We are looking for multiple casual Duty Managers to provide site supervision and team management across our leisure centre sites at Billabong Parklands, Gordon Fetterplace Aquatic Centre, Eaglevale Central and Macquarie Fields Leisure Centre. The Billabong Parklands is a regional facility like no other, drawing inspiration from the natural environment of the nearby Dharawal National Park, reflecting the Georges River system. The facility consists of a range of recreational experiences including zero depth water play features and streams, two swimming lagoons, shaded huts, picnic spaces, BBQs, walking paths and landscaped parklands. To thrive in the role, you will be able to manage multiple priorities, coordinate teams in a high patronage leisure and aquatic facility and keep your finger on the pulse. You’re someone who finds it easy to build and maintain positive relationships with all people you meet. You will lead the pool supervision and operations team to deliver customer service excellence providing clean, safe and friendly services. Key Skills and Attributes Demonstrated experience in the operation of Leisure & Aquatic Centres and associated facilities. Demonstrated experience in leading a multi-task oriented team in a busy environment. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of pool plant and equipment. Demonstrated experience in monitoring preventative maintenance schedules and maintaining relevant industry regulatory requirements. Demonstrated knowledge of aquatic industry standards, specifically relating to pool supervision, water quality and the safe handling and storage of chemicals. Demonstrated experience in managing risk management processes and monitoring compliance with health and safety requirements within a sport, recreation and leisure environment. Possess a RLSSA Aquatic Technical Operator or equivalent. Certificate III in Aquatics and Community Recreation SIS31015 is preferred. Possess a current First Aid Certificate and Royal Life Saving Society Pool Lifeguard certification. Possess a current cleared Working With Children Check with Services NSW.
