With strong enquiry flow, supportive management and a fun, high-performing environment - this is the perfect opportunity to grow your automotive sales career. About the Role As a New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for guiding customers through the entire buying journey—from first enquiry all the way to delivery day. You’ll work across brands such as Isuzu UTE and KGM, with access to a steady stream of leads and a supportive management team behind you. This role operates on a 5-day rotating roster , ensuring work–life balance while still enjoying the excitement of weekend traffic. What You’ll Be Doing Welcoming customers to the dealership and building genuine rapport Understanding customer needs to match them with the perfect vehicle Conducting test drives and presenting vehicle features & benefits Managing leads promptly via phone, email, SMS, and Podium Negotiating deals and preparing all necessary paperwork Working closely with Finance and Delivery teams Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge across all brands Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs Ensuring an exceptional customer experience every time What We’re Looking For A passion for all things automotive A genuine passion for customer service Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident, professional and well-presented Driven to achieve results and exceed targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must hold a current driver’s license What’s On Offer Uncapped commission structure Company drive car 5-day shifting roster Full training and ongoing support A positive, energetic dealership culture Career development across our growing automotive group Why Join Us?
