The Mission As our Senior Program Officer – Health Systems Improvement , you’ll take the reins of our Clinical Insights program, a cutting‑edge initiative that empowers GPs to reflect on their data, improve clinical care, and drive system‑wide change. You’ll scale it, shape it, and evolve it. About You Strategic and hands‑on, with a knack for turning complex data into meaningful action A natural collaborator who builds trust with GPs, academics, and digital partners A systems thinker who sees the big picture and the tiny details Curious, reflective, and always learning Experienced in clinical data, digital health, or quality improvement and ready to lead What You’ll Do Scale Clinical Insights across our region and beyond Lead program design, delivery, and continuous improvement Build partnerships with academia, data providers, and clinicians Drive GP engagement and adoption Integrate the program into EMPHN’s broader quality improvement framework Share learnings nationally through conferences and publications Why Join Us?
