We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Domestic Logistics Co‑Ordinator to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. This role is ideal for experienced professionals and recent graduates looking to start or advance their careers in grain logistics and the agricultural industry. The successful candidate will co‑ordinate delivery or receipt of grain to meet sale and purchase obligations, ensuring timely and accurate execution. You will work with domestic customers, logistic providers, and storage facilities while contributing to the smooth functioning of the supply chain. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Grain Scheduling and Logistics: Plan and implement grain flows, ensuring domestic orders are executed on time and within contract terms. Work closely with domestic logistics providers and storage facilities to manage grain availability and quality. Customer Communications: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, transport providers, and storage facilities to ensure smooth grain movements and compliance with contractual obligations. Contract Administration: Maintain accurate records, process invoices, resolve claims, and assist with month‑end reconciliation. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with internal policies and the Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations, log non‑compliance issues, and support quality management initiatives. KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. Excellent time management and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Demonstrated accountability and attention to detail. Experience in grain logistics, agricultural industries, or a logistics role is a plus but not essential.
