Oversee the development and implementation of engineering processes and systems. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency. Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members. Identify and resolve technical challenges effectively. Support the continuous improvement of engineering practices and methodologies. The Successful Applicant History working closely with customers to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored engineering solutions that exceed expectations. Demonstrate strong leadership by driving team performance, delivering accountability, and building a culture of excellence. Proven experience in leading engineering teams within the Technology & Telecoms industry. Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Commitment to maintaining high standards and continuous improvement. A Bachelors or Masters in Engineering. This role requires RPEQ registration in accordance with Queensland legislation. Candidates without current registration must demonstrate eligibility and commitment to obtain RPEQ.
