We are seeking an experienced and proactive OHS Manager to join our team in a part-time position. This is a fantastic opportunity for an OHS professional looking for flexibility and a role that contributes to a positive safety culture. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain OHS policies and procedures in line with legislative requirements. Conduct risk assessments and safety audits across all areas of the business. Provide guidance and support to management and staff on OHS matters. Monitor and report on safety performance, identifying areas for improvement. Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Deliver OHS training programs to ensure all staff understand and comply with safety protocols. Ensure compliance with relevant local, state, and federal safety regulations. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in OHS management, ideally within the construction industry. Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field. Strong understanding of OHS legislation and industry best practices. Ability to develop and deliver engaging OHS training and communication. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities. Certification in Workplace Health and Safety is preferred.
