Based in our Kialla (Shepparton) Office, you will proactively manage customer expectations by ensuring they are regularly updated on the status of their home during the building process. Enjoy working with our experienced Site Managers to get our customers to settlement with minimal touch points whilst entering everything in our Clickhome Database to drive the jobs through. Responsibilities Proactively managing customer expectations by ensuring clients are regularly updated of the status of their home during the building process Effectively communicating and maintaining the professional link between Metricon clients and site personnel to ensure feedback and resolution Maintain customer files with relevant contract, variations and other required documentation Creating workflow, completing tasks as they arise Provide all relevant documentation including compliance certificates to nominated Building Inspector Confirm with Site Manager that inspections are complete in order to achieve occupancy permits Coordinate the installation of gas line/ meter with authority using CPT reports Coordinate electricity disconnection with service provider upon settlement Ensure all the information kept in the database is correct and up to date (client details) Completing and managing data entry and report compilation Maintain and constantly develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients. Qualifications Experience in a customer focused role with conflict and problem management focus Able to read plans and knowledge of contracts an advantage or built a home before Proven ability to work in a pivotal customer contact role in a customer focused, time critical working environment Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal orientated environment Intermediate Microsoft WORD EXCEL and OUTLOOK computer skills Some experience in using database systems is an added advantage.
