Role Purpose The Group Sales Manager will create clear accountability and focus on sales activity across our product suite and associated services. This role will be hands‑on, motivating, mentoring, and managing the growing Sales Team to improve performance while creating a robust sales strategy/plan, and refining sales processes to deliver on our sales ambitions and meet sales targets across the group. This is a key leadership role to grow revenue, expand our customer base, strengthen client relationships, and position our products as the solution of choice in our target markets. Location: Flexible working arrangements are available from our Support Office in Surry Hills, NSW 2010 The location offers paid public parking, is close to public transport, and is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafes. About You Proven sales leadership experience – At least 5 years in B2B SaaS sales/business development, ideally within healthcare technology, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Team management – Proven track record in managing, leading and mentoring a sales team. Process‑oriented – Track record of implementing and running proven solution sales methodologies. Industry knowledge – Familiarity with the pharmacy, aged care or healthcare sector, with community pharmacy experience as a bonus. Customer focus – Strong relationship‑building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. Effective communication – Skilled in presenting and demonstrating products in an engaging and informative way. Organisational skills – Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines under pressure. Problem‑solving – High‑level problem‑solving and reconciliation skills. Leadership – Excellent team management & leadership skills. Measures Of Success Customer experience – Positive feedback and satisfaction scores from customers or stakeholders. Operational efficiency – Reduced turnaround times and improved processes or workflows. Team effectiveness – High team engagement, retention, and productivity. Stakeholder alignment – Strong relationships and alignment with customer and business needs. Service quality – Consistent delivery of high‑quality products or services. Innovation impact – Implementation of ideas or improvements that enhance customer or stakeholder outcomes. Compliance and risk management – Adherence to industry standards, policies, and regulations.
