Join the team Kmart Group are looking for a Payroll Advisor - Contract Management to join our People & Capability team and help us deliver accurate, compliant, and timely support to our store network. What you’ll be doing Managing and distributing contracts for weekly and monthly paid team members Approving and processing workflows / job requisitions in line with legislation and company requirements Providing managers with reports on contracts nearing completion and supporting role transfers or extensions Assisting the payroll team with queries, audits, and compliance reporting Investigating and resolving wage queries in a timely manner Collaborating with store management, employee relations, and advisory teams to troubleshoot issues Supporting workers compensation payments and leave requests Delivering accurate reporting and contributing to ad‑hoc projects as required To be successful in this role you’ll have : 1–3 years’ experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Administration Knowledge of SuccessFactors (EC & ECP); A Certificate IV in Payroll / Recruitment / HR / Finance (preferred) or a High School Certificate (required) Understanding of compliance requirements and payroll / contract management regulations in the retail industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and correspondence Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders Integrity, adaptability, and a commitment to confidentiality in all aspects of your work Benefits we’ll offer you : Flexible hybrid working options through our Flex Where, Flex When, Flex Well policy.
