You will be responsible for facilitating on‑time and accurate export documentation that meets customer and international country requirements. About You Efficiently process documents before and after sailing. Complete sets of shipping documents in a timely manner. Communicate with clients to address any issue regarding documentation and resolve concerns promptly. Liaise with customer service for other client inquiries. Build great relationships with internal and external customers. Be able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Have a strong sense of urgency and be able to prioritise your work.
