Join us to make a difference The Role Due to internal promotions and continued business growth, we’re excited to offer an opportunity for organised and proactive Administration Officer to join our thriving Customer Care team in our construction Insurance division. As an essential part of the process, you’ll be the driving force behind the scenes — keeping everything running smoothly by managing details, coordinating information, ensuring compliance, updating systems, and maintaining clear communication across internal teams and external stakeholders. What You’ll Be Doing Handle customer and client queries with confidence Coordinate appointments and liaise with various stakeholders Manage documentation for compliance and accuracy Liaise with internal teams to ensure the timely submission of documents Maintain job data in internal and client systems (e.g. Prime and insurance portals) Follow up supporting documentation, reports, and quote approvals Contribute to training insights and continuous improvement initiatives Keep things running smoothly in a KPI-driven environment What You’ll Bring 2+ years in a fast-paced administration or office support role Experience in the insurance or construction industry is highly regarded Great attention to detail and strong written communication skills Confident working with systems, templates and document formatting Ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines A collaborative, solution-focused mindset Why Join Campbell Construction Co?
