Plus, this is a fantastic opportunity to experience one of Australia's biggest retailers – Chemist Warehouse. Bring your knowledge of retail and your strong administrative skills to this fast‑paced and busy role. Working closely with the Chemist Warehouse Account Management team you will manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure on‑time execution of critical operational functions, whilst ensuring positive and productive relationships, all in the pursuit of achieving team goals. For internal PharmaCare applicants – this role may be a full‑time opportunity, depending on other current responsibilities, otherwise this role will be managed as part‑time. Internal applicants please discuss hours with the People & Culture team. Indicative responsibilities and duties: Provide administrative support to the Chemist Warehouse team Support the process of initiating new product into stores Coordinate digital assets for sales activities Support the annual planogram process Various reporting and tracking responsibilities This role is on‑site in the office based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Desired Skills and Experience About You Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar administrative role Experience of fast‑paced working environments Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Good Excel experience A desire to grow your career in sales – desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
