Overview As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our installer customers in Australia fully utilise GreenSketch – a sophisticated platform that seamlessly combines design, quoting, procurement, CRM and energy certificate creation, featuring integrated high-resolution maps. Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong relationships with installer customers in Australia and serve as their main point of contact. Communicate regularly to understand business progress, needs and challenges, providing timely support and solutions. Coordinate internal resources to resolve customer issues promptly and improve satisfaction. Introduce our solar software to new customers. Provide software usage training (online and on‑site) and create training materials and documents. Produce engaging content that promotes the software’s features and benefits. Understand customer pain points and provide personalized solutions. Collect feedback and convey it to the product team to drive continuous improvement. Participate in product testing and verification. Set and track customer success metrics (activity, retention rate, satisfaction, etc.) and report regularly. Develop and implement customer success plans. Identify potential risks and proactively mitigate them. Understand the dynamics of the Australian photovoltaic market and competitive landscape. Collect market trend feedback to support product and service optimisation. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in CSM, customer service, or sales support (software industry preferred). Familiarity with the photovoltaic industry or related field knowledge (advantageous). Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Technical background with proficiency in office software and CRM tools. Fluent in English for effective communication with Australian customers. Team‑oriented with ability to collaborate across functions. Self‑motivated and passionate about continuous learning and growth. Willingness to travel across Australia.
