Ensure alignment and compliance with organisational and departmental policies, standards, and governance frameworks. Champion cultural improvement initiatives, driving a high-performance, innovative, and accountable workplace. Deliver innovative and practical solutions that enable programs and projects to succeed across the agency. Strengthen internal and external communications, supporting collaboration and consistency in messaging and engagement. Provide strategic advice and high-level analysis to senior executives, contributing to informed decision-making and organisational success. Develop Support staff's performance and professional development, empowering your team to excel and grow. About you: You're a capable and confident leader with a proven track record in managing business operations in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. You bring: Significant experience in business operations — including finance, HR, procurement, correspondence and reporting. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and embed a culture of performance and accountability. The ability to interpret and analyse policy, identify risks and opportunities, and develop solutions to complex organisational challenges. A commitment to innovation and improvement, with the confidence to put forward new ideas and lead change. Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively across all levels and thrive as part of a team.
